Privacy Policy

Draft — pending counsel review. This document is an adapted draft and has not yet been reviewed or signed off by legal counsel; it is not final.

If there is any inconsistency between the Georgian, Russian, and English versions, the Georgian text controls unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1. Who processes your data

The operator of daagrove.ge is Inavi LTD, identification code 404815875, address Apartment 28, No. 17 Guram Rcheulishvili Street, Mtatsminda District, Tbilisi, Georgia.

For questions or data-protection requests, contact corporate@inavi.ge.

2. What data we collect

Contact data: full name, phone, email, preferred language, and preferred contact channel.

Contact-page data: the name, email address, language, and free-text message you submit when asking daagrove for support.

Request data: deposit amount, term, currency, residency status, and any purpose or notes entered by the saver.

For a business request, we also collect the legal name, legal form, registration identifier and country, business residency, the representative’s role, and their authority attestation. We do not collect incorporation, ownership, or other bank-KYB documents.

Technical and analytics data: IP address, device type, browser, language, cookie/analytics identifiers, and source data.

The platform never asks for a saver's password or a one-time code through a link, and does not collect deposited funds or bank-account credentials.

3. Why we process data

Data is used to route the saver's request to partner banks, prepare and rank the comparison of offers, provide support, ensure security, prevent fraud, run analytics, and meet legal and audit obligations.

Contact-page messages are used to answer the inquiry, manage the support inbox, prevent abuse, and maintain an auditable service record.

The platform must not use the data to make a lending or credit decision about the saver.

Automated processing notice: the platform may use automated processing and ranking logic to prepare the comparison of offers and informational indicators. These processes are informational only and are not a final decision by any bank.

4. Who data may be shared with

After the saver's consent, request parameters are shared with the partner banks the request is routed to; the saver's contact details are revealed only to the bank whose offer the saver chooses.

For a business request, the legal name, registration identifier, and representative contact are likewise revealed only to the bank selected by the representative. Before selection, routed banks see the customer type and requested deposit economics, not company identity.

Data may also be processed by technical service providers such as hosting, email, SMS, analytics, and security providers, acting on the operator's instructions.

Brevo processes contact-message notification emails, including the submitted name, email address, language, and message text, on the operator's instructions.

Data may be disclosed to a public authority or court where required by applicable law.

5. Consent and withdrawal

At submit, the saver separately confirms that their data may be shared with partner banks. At sign-up, the saver accepts these Terms and this Privacy Policy.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to corporate@inavi.ge. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out on the basis of consent before withdrawal.

6. Retention

Data is stored only for as long as necessary for service delivery, audit, partner settlement, prevention of legal disputes, or legally required retention.

Abandoned or incomplete requests are deleted or anonymised within 90 days. Submitted requests are retained for up to 3 years after the request is closed or last active, for support, audit, and dispute-resolution purposes.

One-time codes and security logs are kept only as long as needed for security and fraud monitoring, then deleted or anonymised.

Contact-page messages are deleted after 365 days. The pseudonymous network evidence used to limit repeated submissions is deleted after 2 days.

Consent records, document-version stamps, and key audit records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to prove consent, defend legal claims, and satisfy legal and accounting obligations. Where applicable law requires a longer period, the statutory period prevails.

7. Security

The platform uses reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, including access control, logging, encrypted connections, and least-privilege access.

No online system is absolutely secure; savers should not enter unnecessary or clearly unrequested sensitive information.

8. Your rights

Under applicable law, savers may have rights to information about processing, access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or other applicable rights.

To exercise a right, contact corporate@inavi.ge. The operator will respond within the period required by applicable law.

9. Cookies and analytics

The platform uses strictly necessary cookies for service functionality: session and sign-in security, request-draft continuity, and language preference.

Any analytics cookies are used only in accordance with applicable law and, where required, with the saver's consent. The platform does not use marketing or advertising cookies.

10. International transfers

The platform is hosted on Google Cloud (Cloud Run and Cloud SQL) in the europe-west3 (Frankfurt, EU) region; configuration secrets are stored in Google Secret Manager.

Transactional email is delivered via Brevo, and one-time SMS codes via SMS Office.

Where a technical provider processes data outside Georgia, the operator ensures an appropriate legal basis and appropriate security measures for the transfer. If additional providers are introduced, this section will be updated to name them.

11. Minors

The platform is intended for adults researching bank deposit products. Minors should not use the platform without a parent or legal representative.

12. Changes

This policy may be updated. The new version is published on the website with its effective date.

Electronic records notice: electronic consent records, timestamps, and service-related communication logs may be retained for audit, compliance, security, and dispute-resolution purposes.
